Using Pedify

Who runs the studio

Pedify is operated by the seller, Zewinu AB, organisation number 559395-8266, VAT registration number SE559395826601, Box 2541, 116 74 Stockholm, Sweden. Product and account support is available on Discord. For formal notices and company matters, contact [email protected].

The service and planned tools

Pedify is continuously developed. You can use the tools marked as available with your own files; tools shown as planned are not a promise that they exist today. Some operations require a computer, a compatible browser or an account. Review the operation and any displayed cost before starting it.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your password private. Your account identifies your server records and any credit balance. Do not access another person’s account, interfere with the service or submit harmful files. Contact us on Discord if you need help securing your account.

Your files and local projects

You may use what you export from Pedify on your FiveM server.

You remain responsible for having permission to use, edit and share the assets you provide. Pedify does not transfer third-party game or asset rights to you. Local projects are stored in your browser. Keep separate copies of your source files and downloaded projects; clearing browser data can remove local work.

Optional AI tools

When you request an AI operation, the prompt and the images needed for that operation can be sent to our AI providers. Review the result before using it. Do not submit confidential material or someone else’s personal information without an appropriate basis. Read the privacy notice for the data flows involved.

Credits and paid operations

Zewinu AB issues Pedify credits. They belong to your account, can only pay for Pedify services and files, and cannot be transferred to other users or used on a game server. Prices and credit costs are shown before you order.

Paid credits and account credit never expire. Bonus credits have no separate cash value. Each purchase retains its actual purchase value after any discount. Purchases are used in chronological order. On withdrawal, the purchase value is allocated proportionately across all credits in that purchase, including campaign bonuses. The deduction for used credits is rounded down to whole minor currency units.

Prices are final. Your receipt shows the currency and VAT breakdown. Card payments use Stripe in SEK on the Swedish site or USD on the English site. Swish payments use SEK. Credits are added after payment is confirmed.

If Pedify closes and credits can no longer be used, we refund the paid value of unused credits. When an account closes you may request its unused paid value; amounts affected by a fraud investigation or chargeback may first need review.

Withdrawal from credits and Creator plans

You have 14 days to withdraw from unused purchased credits. Buying credits does not require a waiver of withdrawal. Used credits are deducted at their actual purchase value, and the associated campaign bonus is removed. Free credits and bonuses have no separate refund value beyond the amount actually paid for the purchase.

You can withdraw from a Creator plan within 14 days of the contract. If you expressly requested immediate start, a proportionate amount for the used part of the paid contract period is deducted. The service is available after confirmed payment. Without an express request for immediate start, no deduction is made for withdrawal within 14 days.

Choose Withdraw from a purchase on your account page, select the contract, enter your name and confirm. You receive an acknowledgement immediately on screen and by email. You may also contact [email protected].

Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of withdrawal to the original payment method. Account credit without expiry is also offered as a voluntary option. Neither option is preselected and you can always choose money back. Your statutory rights concerning defects remain.

Delivery and contract confirmation

When you use credits for exports, AI tools or files, you must separately consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that withdrawal for that delivery ends when it begins. You can save this preference on your account page and revoke it for future orders. It does not affect withdrawal from buying credits.

You receive a downloadable receipt or contract confirmation recording the language, time and consent version for each order. Credit purchase receipts are emailed and available in your workspace; delivery confirmations and credit notes can be saved from your account page. Please keep them.

Help and complaints

Describe the defect on Discord or email [email protected], quoting your receipt number. Do not post passwords, payment credentials or private account information in public channels. Your right to complain about defects under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260), including its rules on digital content and digital services in Chapter 9, remains even after your right of withdrawal has ended.

Changes to the service

We may update the service and these terms as tools become available. Material changes to paid services must be explained before they apply to a new purchase. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
